Excellent service from Mick who was extremely knowledgeable on the various quality of carpets and helped us narrow down our choices. We took a few samples home to make our final choice before Mick came to measure up for our stairs and landing. He promptly rang the next day with our quote. We didn’t have to wait too long for our order and the carpet was fitted by Jordan who is an excellent fitter. Jordan worked non stop and was very respectful, he insisted on tidying up and hoovering before he left😀👍
We would highly recommend Valley Carpets Chesterfield to anyone needing advice on choosing carpets, they also have a vast selection to choose from. Thank you Mick and Jordan

Absolute 5 stars. Incredibly reasonable pricing, Mick was very helpful when we went to go and choose our colour/style and even let us take some of the samples home to see what they would look like before making a final decision. Loads of options to choose from. Really fast turn around. Can’t fault them at all. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

I am basically new in the area.. Lived in London hence relocated to various areas before I came to live permanently in Chesterfield.. Will I needed my home carpetted. Soo... long story short I went to various high street carpet shops.. In Chesterfield. To be frank their ratings were not that good, need I say.. Long story short, until I went wondering in the Staveley area.. I came across this VH shop.. Long story short again... They were excellent, I mean excellent..Mick was helpful he attended my home did all the measurements. Can you imaging be advise to measure you home for your capets.. That's what the other carpet shops said to me... 🤔....
And must I say the day for the carpets to be fitted came. Well I was so excited.. No I am not a sad person I am a happy person. Long story short the carpet fitters, came at 9am on the dot.. They were very, very helpful.. Long story short don't look anywhere else I am serious, let Valley carpets do your carpet and they are reasonable, friendly hence even help you choose your carpet if you are unsure.. So happy shopping for your carpets with Valley carpets..
